Share Market Today LIVE: The 30-share S&P BSE Sensex on Thursday opened at record high at 77,102.05, up 495.48 points or 0.65 per cent. Likewise, Nifty50 too started today's session at lifetime high at 23,480.95, up 158 points or 0.67 per cent. Most sectoral indices traded in green in early trade hours, with metal and IT stocks leading gains in the 50-pack Nifty. At 9:25 AM, Nifty IT traded higher by 0.94 per cent, and Nifty Metal by 0.80 per cent. Nifty Bank traded above the 50k mark at 50,151.10, up 0.51 per cent or 257 points against previous close. One the other hand, Nifty FMCG and Nifty Media were the only losers with 0.27 per cent and 0.92 per cent in losses around the same time.

Realty Major Brigade Group has planned to invest more than Rs 8000 crore to expand its business in Chennai by 2030. The listed real estate company has a strong pipeline of projects across various sectors including residential, office, retail, and hospitality for over 15 million square feet. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the residential projects alone is estimated to be more than Rs 13000 crore.

Morgan Stanley has maintained an 'OVERWEIGHT' rating on Tata Consumer with a target price of Rs 1,288 apiece. The brokerage firm said that the company's tea and salt business will target 5 per cent volume growth and 7 to 8 per cent value growth over the medium term. Morgan Stanley also expects that EBITDA margins will improve by 75 to 125 bps annually. It further added that the management is more focused on growing the business, improving margins and return ratios for the existing business.

According to Merani, shares of the Mukesh Ambani-owned company have an upside of more than 8 per cent. Shares of Reliance Industries Limited opened in green on Thursday at Rs 2944 vs the previous closure of Rs 2926.65. Around 9:27 am, shares of the Mukesh Ambani-owned traded at Rs 2929.60 apiece, up 0.10 per cent. More than 4.06 lakh equity shares changed hands at the same time
